Magnetic Poetry orders ship from Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our primary carriers are USPS, UPS and FedEx, depending on shipping location. We ship Monday-Thursday; we do not ship on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Orders received by Noon CST Monday-Thursday usually ship the same day and orders received Friday-Sunday usually ship the following Monday unless it is a holiday or there is a snowstorm or other extreme weather event. Please note that during the busy holiday period between Thanksgiving and the end of the year it may take us up to 2 business days to fulfill and send out your order. 

Currently, we are not able to offer expedited shipping options. 

E-mail notifications will be sent upon receipt of your order, followed by another when your order has shipped. Your shipping receipt will include tracking number(s). Magnetic Poetry is not responsible for delays in transit time and does not guarantee delivery times.

Based on your ship to address, applicable local sales taxes will be charged.

We charge shipping & handling based on your order total. This charge
includes postage, packing cost, and shipping supply costs. See chart below for current rates.

Due to lengthy delivery times and inconsistent duty and tax laws, we can no longer ship overseas or to Mexico. Magnetic Poetry currently only ships outside of the U.S. to Canada.

Canadian orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. The speed of delivery will be impacted by time spent in the U.S. Postal Service, in customs clearance and in the postal delivery system of Canada. Magnetic Poetry has no control over these factors. Canadian shipments can be further impacted by inaccurate delivery addresses, customs delays and post office delivery restrictions. Orders affected by these factors generally take at least 8 weeks for delivery; Magnetic Poetry can take no action on these orders during that time. 

Magnetic Poetry ships Canadian orders Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility; Magnetic Poetry does not pay any costs for importation or taxes. If in doubt, check with your local post office to determine how much you will be charged to receive your order. Every Canadian shipment has an appropriate customs form securely attached to the exterior of the package. This form declares the actual value and contents of the package and cannot be altered to reflect any other value.

Web Store customers can return unused product in resalable condition for a full exchange or product price refund within 15 days of receipt. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

How to Request a Return:

We will notify you where to ship the return. We will also notify you when your return is received at our facilities with an indication as to what will follow. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please consider using a trackable shipping service.  Magnetic Poetry is not responsible for items lost in transit.

 If you have requested a refund, be advised that returning funds usually take 7-10 days to appear in the account used to make the purchase.

Damaged / Defective Items 

If you have received damaged or defective items, please email us at cs3@magneticpoetry.com within 15 days of receipt. 

The return or refund process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in your email. In many cases, action (in the form of reshipment or refund) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer.

If it has been determined that the defective product should be returned to us, please use only the pre-paid shipping label we provide; Magnetic Poetry cannot reimburse for any other return shipping costs. For cases other than damaged or defective product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
